Q1: Is the hair human hair?

A: All the hair is 100% human hair, you can test by burning a string, they will have a feather smell and become ash.

Q2: Can this wig be straightened, curled?

A: Treat the hair as if it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener below 180 degrees, as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often.

Q3. Hair smell

A: Factory wash the hair with warmwater and shampoo, and we will puthair oil to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs from being dyeduring longer-term delivery. But smellwill disappear after washing it withgood shampoo and conditioner.

Q4. Gray hair

A: Virgin non-dyed hair have a fewstrands gray hairs inside, we usually pick the hair up in production,but we DO NOT guarantee 100% nogray hairs, please understand, andpick up the few strands out yourself. Thanks.

Q7: Why is the wig we received shorter than picture?

A: Because people's head and face shape are different, different people will have different effects. You can restyle it to fit you better.

Q8: Why the Wig Looks different from the picture.

A: As the wig is squeezed in a small box for long delivery, it may be a little out of shape. Once you get it, tremble it several times, and care for it with hair oil or hair dryer, it will be very livelyTips:

Washing: Wash hair with warm water (not hot water). Gently apply shampoo to the hair, stroking from top to bottom until the end of the hair, without twisting, scrubbing, or rubbing the hair.

Comb: Spray a small amount of water on the hair to moisten it, gently comb the hair to remove tangles. Use a large toothed comb to comb from top to bottom. Do not use a hard bristled brush on damp hair as it may pull out or break the hair.

Rinse: Rinse 100% wig with gentle cold water until no shampoo or foam remains. To avoid tangling, make sure that water flows from the hat to the end of the hair and gently absorb excess water with a towel.

Condition: Use a small amount of conditioner and apply it evenly to the entire hair with your fingers.

Drying: Hang in the air to dry or use a low setting hair dryer as needed. Your human hair products don't need to be cleaned as frequently as your own hair, they can only be cleaned when they start to look dull and rough.
